Title: Intelligence derived from a close loop IoT system - fog, cloud or both?

Dr. Yue Gao visited MPI on April 4,2018 and delivered a presentation on the internet-of-things applications. He has addressed the state of the art in scientific and practical research of the IoT, fog and cloud computing, and through examples he shared research and development ideas in the area of IoT and cloud computing.

Dr. Yue Gao is a Reader in Antennas and Signal Processing, and Director of Whitespace Machine Communication Lab in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) in the UK. He is an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer of Vehicular Technology Society.
